Unfortunately there have been several instances since the merge with All City Credit Union, this covers the last one.



I was setting up a web page for a business and went to pay for it with my debit card. It was declined even though I had plenty of money in the account. Since I had PayPal set up I paid that way. Then I got a call saying the payment was blocked and to press a number to release the payment. It took several tries but I finally got a person on the line who verified everything and stated that I would only be charged once. If only that were true. I was charged on the 28th via PayPal and again via my debit on the 11th. When I called I was told that I would have to call the company to get a refund. Not once have they ever taken responsibility for their actions and if I didn't have a credit card attached I would happily close the account.
