that the people are very unhelpful and are not very customer oriented. Single mom, decided to buy my son a ds with the last of my income tax money. I decided to go to a pawn shop cause i don't have the money to pay full price. I thought we kinda got a bad deal cause it didn't come with a charger but thought whatever i can get 1 at my work. Well after a couple of weeks the buttons got stuck sometimes but i thought nothin of it. This weekend the top screen went completly out. Found the reciet and brought it back. The associate had absoultly no customer service skills and was not helpfull at all. He said that with out the charger (that it did not come with) they were gonna do nothing. He said that if it didn't have a charger they would of discounted it. I feel so sorry for my son that these people ruined his b-day.
