WORST COMPANY EVER TO HELP RESOLVE DISPUTES!!! All automated and then when you do get to a person they are ignorant and rude to you!!! All trying to get our insurance to authorize an emergency CATSCAN!!! they have never once tried helping and have backed out on everything they said they would do to help... you call the number with your account and the recording says paid in full... but its not and they send you a FINAL NOTICE!! GOOD LUCK!!! hope they figure it out soon because we are stuck in their black hole of hell and them being non existent
