Provided by YP.comAvoid this place at all cost. Safelite damaged my car badly when they were supposed to replace the rear windshield glass. They removed the window trim and after re-installation it scraped against the trunk which deeply gouged the brand new paint down to metal. Then the scumbag sleazeball manager Mark Plano told me it was previous damage. Not only did they chip up the paint on my car, they got black window sealer all over the place. This shop does horrible work and they messed up my brand new paint job.
When dealing with the manager Mark in the parking lot, and pointing out the damage that was done in his shop, all he could say was, "We're not liable." He sounded like some sort of broken record, unable to prove he didn't do it. There were paint chips everywhere!
This company doesn't give a crap about customers. Now I have to take them to court to recover the money to repair my car. Safelite will cause you the biggest headache you've ever had if you use them for glass replacement.

Provided by YP.comafter sifting through a long line of dead ends and defunct businesses on YP I tried Safelite Auto Glass. Immediately I get a central operator who understood what was up and she made an appointment for me at the closest location which is the store in Everett. The car went into their garage at exactly the alloted time and half an hour later it was done. We just get in the car and drive away and then I noticed that the (less than 6" crack received the day before) is almost unnoticeable. What a superior job this guy has done! We have had a few rock chip repairs done prior to this and never has it looked this good.
If you have State Farm Insurance, a preferred insurer, they automatically cut the cost almost in half and don't even want a policy number.
Remember to have the chip or crack repaired as soon as possible. They aren't magicians.

Provided by YP.comI made the mistake of letting Farmer's Insurance pick Safelite to come replace my windshield. The windshield was part of another comprehensive claim and I had already paid the 500.00 deductable. When Safelite came, they wanted 374.00 to begin work. I showed them my receipts proving I had paid my deductable, but they told me I would have to straighten this out with my insurance company and they left. I lost half a day of work and I will lose more time when I go in to get the glass replaced at another company. Safelite tried to charge me 100.00 more than any other shop in the area because they thought I was paying this out of my own pocket. I also found out that Safelite contracts with my insurance company and many other insurance companies to handle all glass claims. When you speak to Farmer's Glass, you are speaking to Safelite. Do not let your insurance company suggest a glass replacement company for you! It is not in your best interest. And as a funny side note, Safelite will try to sell you 18.00 wiper blades when you put in your glass claim.
