I would never recommend Everett Secure Storage to a friend, or even someone I disliked. I called to get a storage unit, they informed me that they get busy at night and could put a free 24hold on the unit for me. I went in 2 hours after they opened the next day to pay for my unit and they had rented it out. The Management did not work with me to get a unit. They only offered me a unit on the 2nd floor, when this was a drive up unit. They told me I was getting a better deal as it was $11 more expensive to be inside, and that because someone came in with cash, they decided not to uphold my 24hour hold. The Managements idealogy is that they are so popular that it is a privilage to storage things with them. So if you like knowing a company will take care of you, or honor its word, do not go through this company.
