I have lived here since 2004, I love the big kitchens, I have lots of cooking stuff and this is the first apartment where it all fits in the cupboards and I have room to spare. I take the bus to Seattle a lot because parking is so expensive there, and I just walk less than a block to the Mariner Park & Ride, very cool. I don't have to pay extra for my reserved parking spot so that is great! Albertsons is in the same block so I just walk down there to get my groceries. Very friendly staff and great maintenance guy. I can run on the tread mill if I want to get in shape or be lazy and take the elevator when I am definitely not in the mood for exercise. I really like the location and love, love, love my big beautiful apartment. As long as the prices don't go up too much I am staying!!

I have lived there twice. First when it opened (i was third tenant) and moved back just a few years ago. it is really and odd place it is basically a great place for singles and young or even older working couples. Not a great place for kids mainly due to the fact they are all 2 bedroom places. The management is responsive and have been there forever and take care of things pretty quick. Unfortunately it is one of those situations of too nice a place in a bad area. The costs are not too high for what you are getting its just expensive for the area. Full-size washer's and microwaves above the stoves in every unit. I honestly really love the layout. great place to live
