As a full-service general contractor, we are able to provide approximately twenty-five percent of the key elements of construction from our direct work force. JE Cumming Corporation: J.E. Cumming Corporation (JECC) was established in 1985 primarily as a Tenant Improvement (TI) General Contractor. In that time, JECC has worked on the various phases of commercial TI construction including; retail, office/warehouse, medical/dental, banks and remodels. Corstone Contractors: The Corstone Contractor's team provides Owners with quality construction services and experience that spans hundreds of commercial and residential projects. Newland Construction: Today, Newland Construction is in its fourth generation of family ownership managed by a talented team of professionals, some of which have been with the firm for over twenty years. With the assistance of approximately 40 employees the company builds projects throughout the state of Washington.
