Da Kind is a fast-casual soup and grilled sandwich restaurant. Owners Dustin and Ariane created this concept in 2008 and have since been the most popular place in Evergreen for families to have lunch, dinner, or take-out. They regularly receive top reviews from Yelp and Trip Advisor visitors. They feature 10 home-made soups every day and Dustin has created over 2000 different soups in 8 years. His salads are also incredible--he makes his won dressings and includes greens and fixings unlike anywhere else. A half salad will be more than plenty for one, a full serves two. Try the tuna melt, grilled cheese, pastrami reuben, mozzarella basil, or turkey bacon sandwich; all are very good. Prices may seem a little high, until you experience that first bite or slurp. Open daily 11 to 7, closed most holidays. Kid friendly, no alcohol, good parking, no tipping, good service, taste every soup if you like.

It has some good soups but the prices are ridiculous.
