Spent $400.00 on a chainsaw here a few years ago and it was acting up so took it to get serviced. Asked employee to write down the symptoms and he said he would and call me before doing any work .He said it would take 4 days max .A week and a half later I called to see about the status and they said the repair man was working on it right then. Another week later I showed up and asked what was going on.They said, "Oh it will be done tomorrow!" I said I was not happy and wanted it back. He said it would cost me because he sharpend the chain, I said I never asked for the chain to be sharpend,it was a new chain. I demanded my chainsaw back very unhappy with the service. His co worker spent 7 minutes in the back with it before they rudely gave it to me. Can't belive I bought the saw there and had this very inconvinent experience and due to busy schedule afraid of what they did while in back with it for 7 minutes and have not had time to take it elsewhere.
