Bill May will never get my business after how he behaved during my efforts to acquire HO and auto insurance. I was misled and told by Bill May and his assistant that it was ok to cancel my existing HO policy because the two assured me that the policy with Farmers was in "full force". In fact, after 6 calls to his office, I finally learned that the policy was not being underwritten but because of suspicious behavior in how they were handling the policy with me, luckily I did not cancel my existing policy. Finally, I did not receive a full refund despite assurances that I would when I handed over my credit card info. Watch out.

I really appreciate their exceptional customer service. With Bill May's office, I always feel like I am dealing with family. Every time I call Bill and Cathy they always know exactly who I am. They are always willing to go the extra mile to tailor our coverage to our specific needs. They are always patient and friendly through the whole experience.

Every time I call there is a real person who answers the phone. He provides the best customer service.

I We have been working with Bill May for well over 20 years and would not go elsewhere. I can call him with changes or questions and he knows who I am, not just a number. We have been extremely lucky not having to file many claims, but those we have filed Bill went above & beyond to help us out. Granted we may not always like the company reps we deal with but the Agent (Bill May) is the best one out there!!

I have been a client of Bill May's Farmer's Insurance Agency since 1998 and have only stellar performance to report. Farmer's Insurance ONLY rate increases have come as a result as a cold-weather accident in 2002 and a fender-bender in the spring of 2010. I have steadily brought every one of my family members under Farmer's umbrella on account of my experience with Bill May and his agency, and would recommend them to anyone else seeking insurance coverage. I have both auto and homeowner's with Bill May, and with continue Bill and his agency despite the fact that I am in Colorado Springs and he is nearly a hundred miles away in Evergreen. I have never had any problem contacting or working with Farmer's or the May Agency, despite the distance, and plan to stay with them for as long as the foreseeable future.
