After knee meniscus surgery I went to Mountain View Physical Therapy located in Bergen Park, CO. Because of how unsatisfied I was with their services ended up going to another office. Reasons for discontent: Office overbooks and provided no 1 on 1 therapist. After being put into a room I would wait for up to 20 minutes for someone to come in a graciously set me up for some exercises or electrical stimulation. The office has students in training working to help out. I saw more of the student than any physical therapist. Because rehab is such an important part of recovery with physical therapy; I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Very very disappointed. Also when I did a preauthorization with the office for my insurance I was told my coverage was within network. It turns out that was not true and I had to pay out of pocket for a percentage of services that were costly considering lack of true physical therapist attendance with me.

Excellent care received here. They were able to see me immediately on an emergency basis. Quite thorough evaluation by Physical Therapist. Treatment was effective, subsequent visits scheduled quickly. I would highly recommend this group.
