Paul motz storey grew UP surrounded by real estate and construction. HE learned the business from the ground UP. Working summers with the carpenters. Drawing UP house plans and construction documents. And learning to love the process of turning lumber and nails into homes. HE designed and built HIS first spec home in 1983. After graduating from college and completing a Master’s degree. Paul began investing in FIX UP houses. Learning the INS and outs of remodeling older homes for resale. Along the WAY. HE obtained HIS license AS a real estate broker and began to help others find properties to suit their needs. Often the people HE helped to BUY houses needed someone to DO contracting or remodeling. Allowing paul to continue HIS craft AS a designer and builder side by side with practicing real estate. HE NOW has more than 20 years’ experience AS a real estate agent. Paul currently works AS a Realtor and a general contractor. HE Also continues to invest in HIS OWN investment properties. Paul served for several years AS president of the board of directors for blue spruce habitat for humanity in Evergreen. And is still a volunteer with them. HE has Also been involved in leading volunteer groups on repair projects for selian lutheran hospital in Arusha. Tanzania. HE is an active member of mountain view friends meeting. Where HE is advises the building and grounds committee. HE lives with HIS wife lisa in a green built home in Evergreen. Combining HIS construction experience with HIS desire to build a green home. Paul built this super insulated home using salvage and recycled materials and both passive and active solar heating.
