I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day and it never arrived. My mother sat around the house all day for the delivery because she did not want to miss it, and lo and behold they failed to deliver. They also called and ruined the surprise for her earlier in the day by asking her about my credit information. Idiots. I will be calling tomorrow to get my money back and will be reporting them to corporate as well. Do NOT buy from this business under any circumstance.

I had ordered an arrangement for delivery on valentines day, not only did it never arrive but when I called the day of and the day after they told me it was on the way. finally three days after, I called and asked for a refund witch they gave. the only reason I'm giving them two stars is because each time I called the employees were very nice and prompt with giving me an answer.

Spend your money elsewhere. I ordered an arrangement for valentine's day to be delivered on the 14th after 12pm. When it wasn't delivered by 9pm, I called. I was told it was being delivered that night. It never arrived. No phone call to tell me.... nothing! The next day I called, and the lady said she'd check on it and call me back. After three hours with no return call, I called again. Again they said they'd call me back. They did call back, and I was told it would be delivered by 9:30pm. It was finally delivered at 10:20pm on the 15th! Unbelievable!

This is the best gift idea ever. It's healthy, convenient and the service is top of the line. The people at the evergreen park location are kind, courteous and truly care that your order is perfect. The fruit is delicious. I highly recommend this store.

I previously received a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements and LOVED IT!!! So, when it was time for me to send a gift to some friends for their annivesary I knew this would be the perfect gift. The staff was very help with all my needs and answering my questions. Because it was a same day order I was not able to have delivery but, my experience in visitng the store was great as well. The place was very clean and made you feel welcomed.
