My first experience with European Cars was over the phone and may I add, very unprofessional and AWFUL customer service!!!!! If I was stranded on US Highway I don't know where the f*ck I am, I would NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER Ever use their auto repair shop. I'm jus sayin!!!! There are no negative stars for me to click on, so don't let this one star fool you. Keep your money in your pocket and find another repair shop!!!!!!!

I brought my 87 300E in for service, the work was done in a the time stated. The only complaint I have is the per hour price was just as high as the dealer had quoted. Good work, no real saving in cost.

I searched pretty thoroughly for a repair shop to replace an engine in a 1998 BMW 328i, and I am glad I found European Cars of Evergreen Park. Bruno went through options for a new or used engine. He found me a good used engine for a very fair price as well as the cost to install. They do excellent work. Bruno is a straight shooter. He estimated the repair cost, which was more than fair, and he even came under it. Bottom line, the car is running like a champ, and I feel like I got a good deal! I definitely recommend this place for any car repair! The staff was great, too. They'll have my future business!

Bruno is the owner of this independent repair shop in Evergreen Park that specializes in foreign cars especially from europe like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Land Rover, Porsche, etc. Bruno and his staff of mechanics are better than the mechanics at the dealership because they are very experienced at what they do. They have all of the expensive diagnostic testing equipment on site and will plug your vehicle in and solve difficult problems. They won't perform or suggest unnecessary repairs but they will make you happy by taking care of your car or suv. I have a 2005 Range Rover with a 4.4 BMW engine (BMW used to own Land Rover) and my truck runs like a champ. I will definitely be coming back.

Good place to take your car to. Will cost way less than the dealership. Brunjo is stait forward, but good with what he does.return again when I need service for my car.

I BROUGHT MY 323I HERE AFTER MY COUSIN RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME. THEY TOOK REAL GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY CAR AND SAVED ME 100'S FROM ORLAND PARK'S ESTIMATE. MR. BRUNO IS A GREAT GUY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME HONESTLY AND WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD. I'LL BE BACK
