Hello, I am a registered nurse, with a Masters' Degree in Nursing I might add. I was referred to this clinic by my PCP for pre-natal care. My first appt was scheduled for October 14th with an NP, Julie at 3PM. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen and once I was seen, was told I needed lab work and would need to come back for an Ultrasound and a follow up appt. I was told I could not have an ultrasound because the techs had gone home for the day! Now had I been seen on time I could have had an ultrasound. Not only that my husband left work early so that he could accompany me to out first pre-natal visit for our first ultrasound!During the visit I provided a copy of my pap smear from my PCP and three days later was told that my copy of the pap smear could not be found. The saga continues when I went to the lab. I was asked for a urine sample. The bathroom floor, walls and toilet were covered with blood splatters, need I say more!Lastly, after this experience I decided to change doctors while I was still early in my pregnancy and requested copies of my labs for the new doctor and the office would not provide them to me, unless I paid of course! And in the same breath they told me they did not know who had my pap smear results!!! Oh and another pet peeve, the medical assistants, (MA) call themselves nurses!!! NOT there is a big difference!!!!With that being said, do not go to this clinic if you have a choice. Sincerely, Mrs. T. Barber, MSN RN

I completely disagree with the last review. I found this practice to be very compassionate and accommodating. I have a very demanding job and work 50+ hours/week. I have had appointments in the evening and on Saturdays. I have also been fit in for same day or next day appointments for urgent problems. I have been a patient here for many years and have never had a bad experience. I have waited on hold on occasion (for maybe 5 minutes tops), to speak to a nurse, but I would rather do that then wait all day for someone to call me back. Which I have experienced with other doctor offices. I can also appreciate the fact that they may be helping another patient that may have a problem more serious than mine. However, since I work in healthcare, I suppose that I may see things differently. Great practice with excellent staff and physicians and very flexible hours.

I have been a patient in this practice for 2 years and have been completely satisfied. The doctors are highly professional and the nurses are very competent. The atmosphere is friendly and from the moment I became a patient, I felt like I was at home. I want to encourage any woman looking for an ob/gyn to give this practice a try. I tell all my friends and family about my experiences here.

The first visit I made to this office will, also, be my last. The hours are not flexible, the staff is not friendly and the nurse I spoke with was completely incompetent. There is no reason to leave a patient on hold for more than twelve minutes when the reason for my call is only to make an appointment but that is exactly what happened to me. It seems as if they are not willing to help and I know she left me on hold that long hoping I would hang up. That is completely inconsiderate and shows that they don’t value their patient’s time. It was urgent for me to see a doctor immediately but the nurse asked me to come in two weeks from now. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I will be going elsewhere but if I can warn other women, including expecting mothers or general routine patients so they don’t have to deal with the same nonsense I encountered then it would be worth it.Thanks for listening!(Oh, my real rating for this hospital would be a NEGATIVE five on a five point scale.
