I had my replacement windows installed in 2006 and they have preformed beautifully until I decided to clean them using the nifty tilt out feature. That worked great the first 3 years. Year four finds several of my windows no longer staying in place when I try to raise them up. I called Bradley Vinyl Supply to talk to someone about repairing them and they did not return my call within a week and a half. I stopped by Bradley Vinyl and spoke with one of the managers. I explained the problem to which he replied, "Oh yes, sometimes when you tilt them out to clean the window the deivce that holds them up springs out." This was the same person who showed me all the wonderful features of their window and never mentioned this potential problem. Of course everything but the actual glass is only covered for one year and it would cost me a $45.00 service fee to have someone come out and fix them. I again gave the manager my name and number and no one returned my call by the agreeded upon day. So I raised one to the windows myself and in ten seconds had the device back in place without giving my hard earned cash to Bradley Vinyl. It would have been so nice if the manager had simply given me instructions on how to correct the problem instead of trying to make a few more dollars off of me. The five windows that were malfunctioning are now working again thanks to me. Bradely did a great job of installation but once they have your money the honeymoon is over!
