They get the job done well. They are organized and proficient in what they do. If you are looking for individual one on one, gentle dedicated care, they are not for you, but if you are looking for the lowest cost, proficient, excellent result spay or neuter for your animal, this is the place. They handle a very large number of cats and dogs every day, so it is a very effective "production line" (for lack of better reference) that you will experience. Be sure that you register quickly once you decide to have this procedure done as the wait list at certain times of the year can be rather long. You will drop your dog off along with dozens of other owners within a specific time period and the same will go for pick up. I would suggest viewing their site and decide beforehand what services you are wanting such as whether you want sedatives for after the surgery (I highly suggest this is you have a puppy with a lot of energy or a high strung dog that you don't feel will be still for several days after the procedure), whether you want them to implant the tracking chip, and also having all the requirements prepared when you arrive for the drop off such as empty stomach of your pet, rabies vaccination certificate etc. Check in was easy as you simply give them your name / pets name, any specific details you feel they need to know, paid the appropriate fees for the services and then left. A line formed at the door for pickup, and they would bring out the animals one at a time to the owner as they were receiving care instructions. It was my experience that the results of the procedure were impeccable. They stitched the inside of the incision with dissolving stitches and then glued the exterior of the incision so that there is no reason for a return visit to remove stitches or staples. I did not experience any infections or issues as a result of the procedure which is amazing to me considering the number of animals they handle each surgery day.
