I wish I had read the reviews before going here. The woman is very rude, they rushed me, AND THE EXPENSIVE ALTERATIONS CAME LOOSE THE SAME DAY.

Used this business for years but they recently switched owners. I bought a brand new suit, wore it twice and got it dry-cleaned at this place, I wore it a few days after getting it cleaned (it remained in the bag the entire time) and the leg had a hole in it which was not there before getting cleaned. I called them up to explain what happened, the owner was very rude, insisted that they did not put the hole in my pants and that they would have called if it was there upon drop off to let us know, implying that the hole appeared sometime after they bagged the suit and I unbagged it, magically...I said I at least wanted a refund since I was going to now have to try to get this repaired and I was told no I'm not getting anything. Horrible customer service, completely rude owner I will never use Betty Brite again. Beware of this business.

Very shocking charges I sent two suits for just pressing only they charged me 19 $ it's more expensive than any place ever. Never going back again it was a mistake.
