Provided by YP.comI wish I could leave this horrible place 0 stars, but a star is required to leave a review. I've never felt more disgusted and disrespected ever when dealing with a service station. I had a slow leak and went to this station for service. As I had recently purchased all new tires, I naturally had some questions for the mechanic as he worked on the tire. Immediately, I was approached by the owner who didn't want me asking the mechanic any questions. The owner was rude and talked at me as if I were not a paying customer. He was loud and rude. When I pointed out that I had some questions about the work being performed he said he was not answering any questions. I immediatedly pointed out that I was a paying customer and it was my car that was being worked on. His response was that I was not a customer and he was doing me a favor by fixing my tire. Huh?!! I couldn't believe how rude he was, but nothing could prepare me for what came next. As the situation became heated the owner began to use profanity when I pointed out that I could have gone to any other station and as a paying customer I should have been treated with respect. His response was, "Fu#% you! You are not a customer and this is my shop." I couldn't believe how disgusting his behavior was and the fact that I was literally being curse at. I tried to appeal to this animal by telling him that I as a customer felt totally disrepected and his arrogant behavior continued. To make matters worse as the mechanic put the tire on my car, the mechanic says to me, "now I know how the people of 9/11 felt." Unbelievable! I seriously don't know how this establishment stays in business, but I will make a point to report them to the Better Business Bureau, online, and to the the Lukeoil corporate offices. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS DUMP!

Provided by YP.comI have been a customer since 2003. The labor rates are the most inexpensive around. Mr. Cheema diagnoses your car for free, and tells you both the short-term and long-term options for your car, depending on your preference, financial situation etc. The other thing I like about this station, there is lots of room to pull in and get gas, and there is also a convenient mini-mart store with ATM and other convenience store items. Gasoline prices are also very competitive lately!

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I have been customers since 2003. We have always been treated with the upmost courtesy and the service has always been excellent. Mr. Cheema has always stayed on top of our service requirements and has maintained both of our cars. My wife and I appreciate the care and service given to us.

Provided by YP.comExcellent service. The owner Mr. Cheema went above and beyond for me. I came in for a simple oil change and he alerted me to several serious safety issues with my car. He even fixed a couple of the smaller ones for free. He showed me in person what was wrong and gave me price options to fix the others. I didn't have all the money on me at the time so he was able to set me up with an appointment and within a week I had my car driving like new again! Highly recommended!

Provided by YP.comFinding a mechanic who knows and care about his/ her customer is important. I found in the mechanic at Parkside Lukoil a trust person in whom I can rely to take good care of my family's car. If you do not believe me try it for yourself. Sirs at Parkside oil service. Congratulations! keep up doing your good and great work. God bless you.

Provided by YP.comUnbelievably bad. I stopped for a quick oil change because this place was walking distance to my house. I love my usual mechanic but he only does oil changes if you leave the car all day. Well, the presumed owner was very eager. He asked my name and used it liberally as he became extremely pushy. Before I knew what was going on, he had removed a spark plug from my car and brought it to me, saying it had never had a tune-up and needed one badly. The car has about 86k miles, and he said it was past due for a major tune up as well as timing belt & water pump. He was ready to do the tune up right there and have me bring the car back for the timing belt. When I asked him if he could actually see the timing belt, he got agitated, saying he was a master mechanic and he had shown me the timing belt. I didn't see any belt, and I wanted to know if it was cracked so I could gauge how urgent this was. He acted offended, as if I had accused him of pretending the car had a timing belt (I originally thought it has a chain--my mistake, corrected by a quick internet search on my phone well ahead of his tantrum). I asked him to write up an estimate and he came back with handwritten notes that he read to me. When I said no to doing the tune-up on the spot, he became even more abrupt. I told him I wanted to research the repair before I let them do this. Well, they sure wrapped up that oil change quickly. I hope they put that spark plug back! I called my regular mechanic, who assured me the car is due for tune-up and timing belt/water pump at 105k. He said a mechanic should not be pulling out spark plugs unless there's a suspected problem with one or he's been authorized to do a tune up. Oh, and as a bonus for this stressful episode, the mechanic tacked on an extra $6 to oil change for "topping off fluids." The sign at the Lukoil station said oil change was $24.99 for SUVs and vans. I paid almost $35, the last penny he'll ever see from me. Master mechanic? Heh. Master scammer, more like. BEWARE.

Provided by YP.comI was in a bind, and just needed to borrow a Allen wrench to secure my convertible top because my automatic roof was not working. I pulled into this lukoil station on parkside ave in Ewing cause it was close, and I spoke with the owner who was one of the most arrogant people I have ever met. I wasn't even asking him to do any work, just let me borrow his Allen wrench. He told me he was mechanicnand couldn't help me? isnt that what mechanics do??? i wouldn't patronize this place for any reason. I went to Romeco just a half mile down spruce st, and not only was his gas lines full, but he was very nice and helpful. All he did was lend me a tool for 10 min. I can easily see why he was busy and lukoil was empty, customer service! I even went back after I fixed my problem just to tell the owner what a horrible person he is (I used different words)
