New owner Steve Jordan has kept the tradition of excellent fare and accommodating customer service that Paulies started more than a decade ago. Located inside a Victorian mansion in beautiful Ewing Township New Jersey, Paulie's Restaurant & Saloon offers fine Italian/Continental cuisine in a style like no other. Come sit in our beautifully restored dining room and enjoy dinner by the fireplace, or relax with a craft beer in our saloon.
