New Meaning to Bankers' Hours

Do not go to this branch between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Each time I've been there during these hours it appears that ALL the tellers are at lunch except one. This ONE teller is not just working the counter but also the drive through. It took me 28 minutes to go through the drive through today (9/30/11) and I've been inside for as long as 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Look I'm not expecting to be in and out in a minute BUT seeing only ONE teller working the drive though and counter IS RIDICULOUS! I'm only giving them one star because they were open AND I couldn't submit this review without a star.
