Sparkling Pools used "tricks i...

Sparkling Pools used "tricks in their bag" (aka: a hot screwdriver) while closing our pool during a cold day. However, they never notified us that they were not following typical protocol and their actions ended up breaking our filter. When my husband came home while they were closing the pool, he was told they could fix it in the summer. However, when the summer came they refused to fix it saying that it could not be fixed and they also refused to replace it. The owner ignored my husband's calls and stops at the store for over a month. We are very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the Sparkling Pools family and would not recommend them to anyone.
