Watch your purchases closely. Many items are stained or torn. If you try to consign, you're told they don't accept items that have been altered. Yet there are many pieces of clothing on the racks that have been shortened or otherwise altered. They say they have have a refund policy, but the refund is in the form of store credit, which isn't very useful given their quality.
