He put in my floor and I wasn't expecting as much as he did for me I was so happy I picked him and I would recommend home to anyone

We hired Matthews hardwood floors to sand and stain our living room floor and to put in a new oak hardwood floor in our kitchen that would make our floor plan flow. Throughout the process, nothing was tapped off so we had dust every where--we were told that this process would be dustless!!!! Not to mention that the old floor that was tore out was threw out the front door---nails sticking out!!! I have to tell you this was great for my small children!! To say the least--my new floor in the kitchen looks like it buckled and when I called the company I got no where!!! More or less, I was told that something had to go wrong with my dishwasher or something was leaking.....Honestly----I really believe that there was a step skipped!!! Not happy at all with my floors and next time I will chose more carefully! There are lots of professional people out there and this company is not one of them!!!

I was very pleased with the work that Jamie and his crew did on our floor. My husband and I weren't sure what we wanted to do exactly but with the help of Jamie and his professional opinion, he found the perfect wood and finish for what we were looking for. Jamie is the owner of this company but he also came to the job every day. It was also nice to see the same faces come in and out of home. The workers were very nice and took care of our place. I was so pleased with their craftsmanship and with Jamie's professionalism and I recommend this company to everyone.

I had a great experience with Mathews Hardwood Floors. Jamie and his crew were great to work with, they installed a beautiful Cumaru Wood Floor in our kitchen, living room and dining room. We couldn't be more thrilled with the way it turned out. I would definately reccomend Mathews Hardwood Floors to all of my family and friends.

Left portions of the job unfinished. Could not reassemble railing - pieces missing; large screws sticking out. Unable to match color to existing woodwork. Very unhappy with the outcome of the project. Logged 7 service calls requesting follow-up to finish project -- left voice messages - has not returned to finish project. This week project is past 90 days complete. We caution all consumers. Our experience was most unpleasant.

This guy Jon we had done about to years ago and i had done a great job on his floor. I even have great video coverage of it to, but this guy was looking for a free ride. This guy had tried to get me for his own doing. it was when he tried to save money and do it himself and his friend help him. So when they decided to not listen to me he put a hole in his ceiling and tried to blame me.

Definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone for any project. Has not responded to five voice messages to set-up date to finish project. Piece missing from railing reassembly. Not happy with color matching and project overall. Very regretful for doing business with this company.

Left very visible sanding line across one bedroom. Contractor WOULD NOT REAPIR. The un-level Sanding line SCREAMS at you when daylight shines in the window. Damged many things WOULD NOT REAPIR.

Dust free he is and the best work ive ever seen. he away on time and honest.

Mathews Hardwood Floors provided excellent service. I am very happy with the expert craftmanship that the owner/operator provided. They did everything they said they would do and beyond. They were very knowledgable in everything having to do with hardwood floors. They exceeded my expectations, were very considerate, and filled me in on all the information relevant to my job. I would recommend this company to anyone and I appreciate what they did for me and their hard work!
