Provided by YP.comWe were in town from Houston for the Christmas holiday and had experienced some real issues with the engine on the way there. Nance's found a way to fit us into their schedule and get the truck running better than it had been before we left on our trip. All at a fair price. I'm originally from Excelsior Springs and if lived anywhere in a 30 mile radius of Nance's shop and had a way to get my vehicle there for repairs, I'd do it. This is how an auto shop should be run.

Provided by YP.comMy mom has been taking her vehicles to Nance's for years and I have been taking my vehicle and now my son's vehicle to Nance's. Chris has always been able to fit us into his schedule, repairs are done correctly, and he is very reasonable. Yesterday my mom had to go to the Post Office and he personally delivered her car to her, he waited in the corner until she was done, and then escorted her out to her car safely when it was icy outside. He truly cares about others. Thank you for taking care of my mom, you're a good man. Best wishes to you and your family :-)

Provided by YP.comWe took our Lincoln Town Car to Nances to have it diagnosed for leaking oil. Nances installed a rear main seal, transmission input and output shaft gasket and a gasket in the rear axle where it was leaking. When I picked up my car their was grease all over the carriage roof, grease on the leather interior and dirt and grease on the carpet. The car wouldn't start and their was a couple of bolts laying in the valley below the windshield. I retrieved the owner, Chris, who got his battery quick charge and tried to start it. The mechanic forgot to hook up a wire to the alternator and the battery was dead. He apologized and stated that if I ever had another problem with it to let him know. I took the car home, had to scrub the grease off the car and the next day noticed the rear axle leaking again! I took the car back for a second time and the mechanic said he repaired it again. The car now leaks oil terribly. I called and spoke to the owner, Chris and asked if he could stop by and take a look at the amount of oil under the car in my garage and he said he would stop by @6:00 that evening. He never showed and never called. Unacceptable. If you want automotive work done on your vehicle correctly and not filthy when you pick it up, take it to another automotive garage.
