Have no complaints about them, they've always treated me well.

I've been going to this dealership for over a couple of years now and they've always treated me professionally and made me feel like family. Excellent Sales and Service department staff; fair & honest and they are willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They are very competitive with their prices and they make the car buying process a breeze. Plus, they don't charge "Documentation Fees" like most other dealers do here in the Metro. Thank you Westfall O'Dell Motors! You're the best!

I do not recommend doing business with this dealer. I bought a vehicle from them which I absolutely hated!!! Five days later with less than 100 miles on it they wouldn't take it back. When I asked if I could trade it in for something else, they took $7,000 off for the trade in value. We were good customers to them and they treated us this way. Be careful if you do business with them!!!!! Need less to say, we went to another dealership and will never do business with them again.
