I went into the store for the second time and there was a display of lipsticks. I was looking at the lipsticks that were in the tester row because I wanted to swatch a color I liked. I went to open one of the tester lipsticks but it was really difficult. So I continued to try to open it and I realized the packaging was still on. The woman owner proceeded to yell at me for trying to open it and griped about me to her husband repeatedly while I was standing a few feet away from her. I asked her if she wanted me to buy it and she stood there silently. Then her husband told me to give him the lipstick and he threw it down on the counter. It was a very unpleasant experience because I've never been yelled at by a store owner. I will never be going there again.
