Not having stored before I found the staff to be very helpful. After I had my things there for several months I moved many items to our new home. The staff suggested how I could reduce the size from a 10x20 to a 10x10 because I had fewer thing being stored and save on my monthly bill. Plus the unused portion of my previously paid rent was applied to the 10x10 so I lost nothing. I highly recommend them
