I am so impressed with this practice! Everything is so well managed, efficient and enjoyable. The staff is so nice and friendly. And Kim is awesome! She provides expert consultation and I’m always pleased with the results! You can’t go wrong with this practice! I would never go anywhere else

Had an amazing experience

I have been going to Dr Gambhir for 4 years now and I'm really impressed at the level of professionalism and courtesy the Couture staff demonstrates. He and his wife (both doctors) are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and explaining the steps of each procedure. They are true professionals and I've been extremely happy with my results!

I have been going to dr. Gambhir for about 5 years now. Fabulous results. Lovely to talk to and in how he explains things. I have referred many friends. I utilize their king of Prussia and Exton offices.

I have been extremely pleased with my results from my Botox and filler treatments. I finding the results to be very natural. I appreciate the conservative nature of Dr. Gambhir. The staff is very nice, and not pushy. A great place.

Loving my treatments. Feeling great about the changes that are being made to my face! The entire staff has always been very sweet.

I am a new patient and will continue to spend my time and money at Couture! I recently had botox and three areas of liposuction. Dr. Gambhir was very kind, informative and patient with me. He gave me his cell number and informed me to call at any time if i had any questions or concerns about my surgery. I was told to come into the office at any time for free with my areas of concern. I never felt rushed out for the next patient or pressured to buy anything. He and his assistant, Amanda, made me look and feel great!! I really don t get all the bad reviews. The receptionist was pleasant and the scheduling was never a problem for me.



Im glad that they turn people away when they are very late or mess up their appointment dates/times. That just shows me that their number one concern is not about making as much money as possible by seeing as many patients as they can fit into each day. They would rather take their time with each person and fulfill their individual needs. I couldn t be happier with my overall experience at Couture and will recommend it to all my friends!!!

If rudeness ans curt responses are what you are looking for, go here! If, on the other hand you are looking for professional service, go elsewhere.

I had by laser hair removal done today by Tara at their Exton office. She was so sweet and kind. I really appreciated the manner in which I was treated today. Thank you.

Very professional place. Took the time to answer all my questions. Very happy with the doctor and his staff.

The receptionist is inept and has no customer service skills! I scheduled an appointment on the same as my friend. We showed up on time and I was told that mine was not in the system for that time nor any other time. I asked if they could squeeze me in since I live 40 minutes away and I had been told over the phone that I had the last appointment of the day. The lady said they it was impossible because another client was coming in. My friend had her treatment, all of ten minutes, then we sat in the car to discuss our lunch plans. Next thing I see is the receptionist locking the front door...no other person entered!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Please do not fall for their cheap coupon scam like I did. I purchased a microdermabrasion procedure on DoubleTakeDeals (similar to Groupon). My fiance had to take off work to drive me because they would only schedule me on a weekday morning.



We drove an hour to get there and arrived just on time. When we got there we were told that my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than I had thought and that I should have checked their email reminder that they had sent. Confused, because I never get my appointment times wrong, I looked through my emails and found their appointment reminder which had the exact time that I had thought it was.



I showed my phone to the lady at the front desk (Barbara I think, but not sure). All she said was "Oh...oops..that's weird..well, we already scheduled someone for your time slot."



SERIOUSLY? OOPS IS ALL I GET?



As my fiance explained to her that we had driven a long distance and he had to take off work, all she did was stand and look at us with a grin on her face like this was a joke.



After getting no response from her we asked if there was anything they could do to help out the situation...she said "Sorry no"



I have never felt so mistreated by a spa or salon in my life. Not only was this lady so indifferent about messing up my appointment, she never acknowledged that it was her mistake and didn't offer anything to make it better.



When we asked to speak to the owner of the establishment...she goes to say in an very snobby tone "Oh you wont get to him without going through me first"



WOW :-/



We left very upset and all I could do the whole 1 hour ride home was apologize profusely to my fiance for how the spa had treated us.



We hesitantly rescheduled the appointment and told them to please send us an accurate appointment reminder for whatever date they schedule us because we can't make another 1 hour trip and have the same thing happen.



A week later, I get a call saying that I had missed my appointment and they are considering it a no show and that I cannot redeem my coupon. I looked through my email and spam inbox and NO email from them at all.



I no longer wish to fight this because I don't feel it's worth it. This establishment is very unprofessional and disorganized. The front desk lady was complaining the whole time how they have so many of these Groupon, Living Social, etc deals that it's hard to keep track of them or even find space to schedule people in.



I have learned my lesson and will be paying full price in center city Phila for a spa that treats me like a queen for the day.



Anshul Gambhir, you should be ashamed of your staff. I hope you read this review. Quality over quantity is important in a successful business practice.

Love this place!!! I go there for all the little Mommy Touch-ups. Botox, laser hair removal, vein removal and anything else to make Mommy feel like a woman again. The office is beautiful, the staff is awesome and the services are reasonably priced. I have referred many family and friends to the practice.....now they love Couture too!!!!

I walked in and was amazed at the decor, it's beautiful. The girls are absolutely wonderful and the services are very reasonably priced. I went in for a facial and now I am getting facials, laser hair removal, vein removal and Botox. They do it all there. I would recommend this place to any busy Mommy who needs a little me time!!!
