Have to add my experience of THIS location, as they are individual franchises so above review does not apply.
I have used this school for several of my kids. Great teachers, amazing flexibility. Nice small class size and personalized attention. Highly recommend!

This review is actually for the Limerick location but they disabled the reviews on their Facebook page.
I signed up for swim classes and was overcharged by $16. They were refusing to correct their error stating it was "against their return policy" even though it was not a return that I was requesting. After arguing with multiple people, contacting the BBB, and contacting customer service, I finally got them to fix the overcharge.
Now they are refusing to let me take my make up class that everyone is entitled to as per their policy, bc they say I had to have made up my class during my session even though they verbatim told me to contact them after "May 2 when the next session starts". All of a sudden I'm no longer allowed to take the make up class I was told I could take "because they credited me my $16"...These things have nothing at all to do with each other.
This company is beyond ridiculous. I have never had such poor customer service. It's not like I'm asking for absurd things.
