After 100 years of history as Tubesales and Williams, TW Metals was formed to blend the strengths of both companies. Formed by the merger in 1998, both companies were subsidiaries of Superior Group. The company offers a variety of specialty metals from a product mix that includes, pipe, tube, bar and rod in stainless, aluminum, alloy and carbon, as well as a variety of high alloys such as nickel and titanium. In October 2005, O Neal Steel acquired TW Metals, which makes the company a member of the family-owned organization based in Birmingham, Ala. TW Metals is headquartered in Exton, Pa.
