Avoid Exton Family Medicine!

I was denied treatment at this practice because I refused to sign the HIPPA agreement as presented to me. The people here are only concerned with making money and have little consideration for protecting the privacy of their patients. This is particularly sad considering it is an osteopathic practice. A person should expect healthcare "professionals" such as these, strive to develop an open communication and symbiotic relationship with their patients. It is not the case here.

I was completely floored when I returned to discuss these matters, found the front door unlocked, and nobody on the premises. Apparently they forgot to secure the office and left for the day! Talk about an 'open' records policy! Anyone could have walked in and taken patient medical/financial records.

Avoid this bad joke of a practice and go elsewhere.
