Purchased living room furniture but I am a repeat customer. Can't beat the selection or the prices. The service is always great and they will be there tomorrow if you have a problem.

Bought furniture actually special ordered the furniture , the delivery and service was fantastic. We had a issue called them and within two days they had taken care of the issue. I would recommend this business .

Great furniture and great prices/selection. I purchased England couch and chair, custom order and custom color, so I had to wait a little while for delivery, but that was ok. I realize now that the Manufacturer can cause delays, not the store, but it is all worth it in the end when you have quality furniture in your home. I had seen some previous reviews about this store from people complaining about furniture that is 2 and half years old, and obviously they don't realize that warranties are usually only for a year, and they should be complaining to the Manufacturer, not the store. Thanks C&O for helping me.

Spent over $3,000 on a living room set. After 2 1/2 years the leather is peeling and tearing on all the pieces. We called C&O Furniture and told them of the issues. Their response was there is nothing that could be done and couldn't wait to get off the phone with us. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of grief go somewhere else.

We recently purchased a rocker/recliner at C&O. The price was right, however, we waited over a month to get, and once we did receive it, it was defective. The chair was missing the whole bottom section. We tried, to no avail, to have this problem rectified, but the owner and sales manager only insulted us and ridiculed us, stating it was the chair we ordered. Yes, that was the model, but the whole bottom was missing!
I finally wrote to the Berkline company, and they said they would try to resolve it. C & O decided they would take the chair back, after days of verbal abuse, and harassment. However, we had to wait over a week to get our money back. Not only that, WE had to take the chair back! They are without a doubt the worst business people I've ever dealt with. Their prices might be right, but the quality is very poor, and many times defective.(It happened to us twice)
I suggest anyone looking for furniture go elsewhere, where you have the opportunity to deal with professionals who actually know what they're talking about, and who put the customer first. All we wanted was a chair, and all we got was grief!

I have bought a dinning room table, a coffee, table, and an entertainment center from C&O. Very good quality and I had great service. No pressure sales. They don't follow you around but yet they are there to answer any question.

Great prices! I have been everywhere looking for a new living room. I Walked around C & O without pushy salespeople hovering. Salesman was very helpful and patient while I was making my decision. Delivered quickly.Love my new furniture. Will definitely be back
