Provided by YP.comThe seamstress, Vicky, is rude, nasty, snippy and has the worst customer service I've ever seen. She does a bad job, overcharges and ruined one (almost two!) articles of clothing I gave her. She promised me a refund for the item she ruined TWO MONTHS AGO (which, by the way, was a simple job that she took over a month to do)
