Overall great experience at direct auto outlet. Great customer service and I absolutely love my car!

I was looking for a very specific car. They had it on the lot. I went to see the car. I actually appreciate that. (As I HATE used car lots) I couldn't use my own Credit Union ( My CU's issue, not the lots) but was able to secure funding within minutes through the finance officer. They search around and actually found me the absolute BEST rate. I had a down payment so that helps. I was in the office and driving away with a great car for a fair price in under 90 minutes. (That includes a test drive) LOVE LOVE the simplicity of the transaction. A month after buying the car, I noticed a small starting issue and called the office. They worked with me by taking the car to their shop ( real shop, not a guy in a garage) and pay their prices for the repair. (You will always have an issue when buying a used car...just factual) They saved me a couple hundred buck!!! Great staff, very responsive, and no "shifty " stuff. When I get my next car, I already have "Direct Auto" in my GPS. Thank you guys. We love the car and she runs great.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently inquired about a 2015 Silverado and were immediately contacted back by Direct Auto Sales owner Ari. He was very professional yet personable during our interactions. His helpfulness with any of our questions was very appreciated and he explained all aspects of the vehicle. He assisted us with looking into finance options, and, although we didn’t end up purchasing thIs in particular truck, Ari made it clear he would assist us with any other vehicle needs we may have. His willingness to help us, even if we didn’t use his dealership at this time, showed his character. This is a GREAT example of how a GOOD and respectful salesperson should be. Easy to deal with and good cars

We had looked for a used car for my 16 year old for months and came across a great deal at Direct Auto Outlet. My son and I went to check out the car . Really good, nice people. I had to explain to my son on the way home from the test drive that, "Used car people are not usually that nice, open, and honest!" Later, we bought the car, and unfortunately had an issue on the first day. That's when we met Direct Auto Outlet, LLC. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and had the car taken back to his shop. It turned out to be an electrical issue that could not have been identified through normal inspections. solved the issue, went through the car again, and handled the situation with fantastic customer service. We've had the car for months now and actually took it into the dealer service center for an oil change and they marveled at the condition and were floored when we told them what we paid for it. Direct Auto Outlet, LLC are good, honest people and I can't wait to buy another car from them!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made trading in/purchasing a vehicle there a great experience. Staff was honest and up front and I appreciated not feeling pressured to buy or like I was just being sold to. Staff was great and made sure to answer all my questions and arrange a trade in/loan that was fair and fit my budget. Great experience overall!

I have not loved a car this much since my very first car when I was 18!
Direct Auto Outlet are straight shooters and gave me plenty of information so I could make an informed decision.
At no time did I feel like I was getting schmoozed, and was not just thrown a pile of papers and told to sign...NO, we went over everything in detail so I knew what I was getting. and what an amazing value for a clean and well cared for vehicle.
I'm thinking that they don't buy bad cars to begin with, so that both dealer and customer can feel good about what we get.
When it comes time for me to get a car for my teen, you know we will be coming back!
