CYA, Carla Morgan has a terrible reputation and has earned it. I rented from her for 2 years, I want everyone to know what she does to people. The dump I rented had 3 of the 4 major systems down, she personally had checked them, lol.
If your already renting from her, Look at the lease, is the grace period information missing or has 2 numbers, This is so she can change it from 5 to 3 days with out notice. Yes this is ILLEGAL and FRAUD, I intend to stop this with my lawyers help(4 year filing on fraud, hehehe)
I had workmen coming unannounced at all hours, when I complained she told me I do not need any notice. I have pages and pages of formal complaints against this person, can't wait to file this lawsuit. This woman is a liar, thief and a slum lord. Renting from her is a really BAD idea, just google her reviews, its all there.
Carla, what you do is ILLEGAL and really shitty, your bloated ego ios only matched by your bloated ass. You commit fraud with every lease signed. I am going to stop this crap, I am going to make you pay. I am going to make sure you regret what you did to me, the lies the cheating and putting my credit in collections for fun, I can and will prove this in SUPERIOR court.

I had a great experience with Remax. Ta'Mara was so helpful when I purchased my home. She is friendly and gives you all the information you need to purchase your home. She even gave me a gift basket with miscellaneous house items in it and a plant! My sister is now using her for her home search.
