Worst property managment company to deal with ever! Super nice and easy to get ahold of untill you sign a lease. Then they drop off the planet, refuse to return calls. Wont make any repairs. Get real rude when you do track them down and act like dealing with you and their property is inconvient. I'd NEVER rent from them again!

I would have to say this is the worst property management that I have ever dealt with. I couldn't believe the horrible customer service that I have experienced with this prop manager, Greg even existed! They seem to just paint over anything and everything to make the property somewhat presentable and refuse to make any type of repairs unless you tell them that you're going to call someone else out! Even when they do come out, I hear complaints from Greg that there has been too many phone calls made. Maybe if you answer the phone and take care of the tenants then I wouldn't have to call!!
