This is the worst shipping company ever. My cargo was held at there building for several days and was planned to arrive on friday the same week. I called in the day before to confirm that it would be making it's trip, and I was given a "yes" for a response. The friday of the delivery I receive a call from there customer service stating that my cargo won't be delivered because they do not have enough crates to make a trip down to Delta. They also went on to say that they do not guarantee that their trucks will come on time like said. Stating that they are not UPS or some other shipping company who have guaranteed shipping. Because of their careless behavior towards there customers time and money, I was left disappointed and looking for other arrangements. When I was not supposed to, if you want to save yourself from headaches, your time and money, look elsewhere. Because this shipping company will not bring you any good.
