I had Arctic re-pack my wheel bearings on August 1, 2016. About 2,500 miles later we had a wheel bearing failure 38 miles west of Battleford Saskatchewan. I have my bearings re-packed religiously every 10,000 miles. Something either went wrong in the re-packing, or the bearings were worn out whjen they re-packed them. If the latter were the case, I would have them raplace them. I count myself fortunate the wheel did not fall off and no one was injured. I will not give them any more business.

I would go else where although you don't have to many other choices. They do very shoty work and then try to blame it on you.

There isn't a place in this town that has worse customer service. They are extremely rude along with incompetent. Will never go back!!

Made an appt. to have our RV repaired under Warranty work. When we dropped off our Rv, we were told they did not honor Keystone warranies and that we either had to have our dealer or us pay upfront then we would have to file a claim. So we contacted our dealer who told us to pick up our RV and take it to Alaska RV Center because they had had several issues with Artic RV. Called the Manager at Artic and told her what was going on and that we would pick it up in the morning. Well low and behold at 9am we get there and it has been fixed after the fact of them not supposed to have touched it till they had the money up front. Humm then they wanted us to pay for their oops! Shadey if you ask me! Couldn't even get their stories straight!!!
