Love the atmosphere and that the food is homemade. Best steak I ever had in a long time. The cheese cake is great. My vote for 5 stars!!

I am astounded by the exquisite cuisine served here, the best steak Ive eaten in all of Alaska and Ive been all over Alaska well but the best kept secret that I was told was true it has the most steak more the buck, and the homemade bread unbelievably delicious, the desserts are even better so save room for them because you would miss the best of it all.

Aviator's has the absolute best steak in Fairbanks. Their filet mignon is wonderful and is even better when paired with their homemade Bearnaise sauce. This is our favorite place to eat in Fairbanks. A little pricey but definitely worth it!

The best Steaks I have ever had. We are lucky to have a great Steak House in Fairbanks. I will be back!
