If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism and good fellowship demonstrated by this Towing company is appalling. My husband's car ran out of gas this morning in town and a police officer called this Towing company to impound my husband's car. When my husband returned they hadn't even lifted the car onto the truck yet and the driver from Borealis Towing STILL required my husband to pay $200 to get custody of his car back. The driver hadn't done any work other than respond to the call from the officer and I DOUBT that his gas cost to get there was $200. Disgusting..
