The nail technicians are very polite. However, I hate it when I ask for regular nail polish and they keep insisting that I should use "shellack". I said okay, I can use gel in my nails only if you have the same color I'm wearing on my toe nails. She said "yes", but when She put the color in my fingernails I noticed it was different than he color in my toe nails. They will tell you anything just so you spend more. Also, the lady who did my pedicure did a bad work cutting my toe nails and she clearly does not know how to apply nail polish, somebody else had to correct her work. I feel that I paid too much for the quality of the service ($90.00). In another occasion, I asked one of the nail technicians if she could apply a coat of gel to my fingernails. I had chosen to wear nail polish. She said "it doesn't work that way". Of course I knew it was lying because I got it done at Top Nails before. Also, I have an led lamp and gel at home and I have done this myself. My advice, go somewhere where the nail technicians will not deceive you. They could do better if they learn to respect the client's choice and not try so much to get things their way.
