Fairbanks Distilling Company is a manufacturer of fine spirits located in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. Our facility is located in the historic Old City Hall building which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Our large tasting room offers delicious cocktails that showcase our spirits and we welcome all customers (Bar owners, locals, and visitors). Under state regulations, you can try a small free sample of our spirits, purchase up to two of our cocktails for onsite consumption or purchase bottles of our products for offsite consumption. We give tours of our manufacturing facility, so come on in and learn how our deliciously smooth local spirits are produced.
