Worst experience ever, I would not even give this place one star rating. I recently went there as a first time tanner and tried to emphasize several times that I was a new tanner. I approached the girl at the counter who was so pale it was obvious that she herself does not tan and I said, "this is my first time tanning ever". I waited for her direction and she asked if I wanted to do a spray tan. I replied no thank you and she asked about the stand up tanning booth. I said yes and she replied something back about it being 12 minutes. I said, "would you recommend this?" She said, "yes as long as you do not mind waiting that long". So I went in for the full 12 minutes because I was not directed otherwise and I got the worst sun burn in my life. I missed 3 days of work and was not able to wear any regular clothes for 4 days. I was in absolute agony and got ahold of the temporary manager who was ironically related to the owner of the business. The only sympathy I got from the temporary manager was a small refund for the cost of tanning that day. I paid over $30 in aloe vera gels, ointment, and lotion. They did not cover the cost of that either. They covered themselves by basically saying this is why we have our customers sign the contract or terms of agreement so that we are not liable to pay back anything back beyond a refund. I missed 3 days of work and got no sympathy. They protected their employee who did not do her job right and they acted like it was my fault for burning my entire body like a lobster. BE WARNED! Horrible customer service...

This place is just crappy. They have no idea what they are doing and I can never get in to tan. They only have 3 tanning beds :(. I paid my money to tan :( :(
