Erik called me on July 8 around 11am and said his crew would be over to start cutting down trees around 4pm that day. He had previously been out to our property in June and saw the trees that had been marked to be cut down and had given us his estimate. It started raining around 4pm and nobody showed up or called to reschedule. Not only that but he had cut down some trees for our neighbor the week before and his crew left some hand tools which I put away for safekeeping. I informed him of this as well on July 8. No one has been by to get these tools nor have I heard from him or any of his crew since. It's sad his service went so down-hill because two years ago he did an excellent job cutting down some trees for us. I consider this totally unprofessional and would not recommend their services..
