Mr. Merdes and his assistant who I spoke to first gave me great service! They listened to me and helped me when I felt no one was. Mr. Merdes even called me back when he was recovering from surgery on Christmas Eve. He took his time and explained things to me and pointed me in the right direction. He didn't even charge me for his time and told me if I needed further help to call him again. It was comforting knowing someone actually cared about my situation.
