It is through Dr. Sachtjen's dedication to quality care for companion animals that Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital has grown during the last thirty-five years to include over 31 compassionate team members providing veterinary care for your pet(s). Our six veterinarians work together to provide comprehensive care for your loved companion animal. Good vets but I wish they would put more importance on life

Yes they are good vets, but my experience is if you don't have the money to pay, a lot of times their answer to the problem is just put the animal to sleep. Your pet deserves better and more choices, life is just as precious to them and deserves every day possible. Please stop advising people to put their animals down, there is no more important thing in this world than life, and it should be the main focus on maintaining life and curing ills, not taking the easy way out and destroying life.

I am sincerely sorry that you had such an experience at Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital. We strive to work with pet owners regarding a diagnostic and treatment plan that is in the best interest of the pet and the owner. Great!

Every visit to every doctor at Mt. McKinley has been superb. my animals are truly cared for by the staff at Mt. McKinley, and although the prices can be a bit high, they are always willing to work with me on payment options. I'll never take my four-legged kids anywhere else.
