I can not for the life of me, figure out how a hairdresser can be so utterly terrible at their job. I asked repeatedly for my hairdresser to leave my hair long on top. They must not teach that at the beauty school she attended because even though she asked me three times if I wanted to keep long on top, (and I said yes) she ignored me and cut it all of. The woman who did my hair had no clue what she was doing and it made me very upset. I will never, ever think of spending another dime at Perfect Look, and nor should you. (And come on, $35 plus tip for a men's haircut without shampoo? That's crap)

They did terrible with my hair it is know to my tips of my ears and I asked them for my neck they totally botched it

The last two times we have been they have completely botched my sons hair cuts. We have been a few times previously with good experiences but these last two times have ensured that we never return. I told the lady I want small trims. My youngest had cute curls that matches his personality so well, she cut them all off after telling her on several occasions NOT to cut the curls off. I left in tears and so angry that she totally disregarded what I asked. We will never return and now I'm trying to figure out how to salvage what little hair she left after the "small trim". Also another did the same to the teenage boy next to us. They practically buzzed his head and his mother made it know that they had not wanted it that short. I would think to go else where even for kids.
