unlike its competition, UPS doesn't have normal walk in hours. They never answer the phones, and if you call the national ups number the exact opposite happens of their assurances. I live in a building where there is a security door, instead of going to the sides of the building, they leave the post it notes on the security door with no return time for the next day and no number to coordinate it. If you love simplicity, price of mind or customer service, avoid avoid avoid UPS. With their paltry inconvenient walk in time you are better served flying to China and picking it up yourself. True story, i just watched a fed ex truck just deliver a package the the ups building that i can't even get into. One star is too good.
