Would give Zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Never answer phone. Answering service takes messages, calls never returned. Account cancelled 2 months ago and still billing me. A**holes!

We were told we could have water delivered weekly. Every week we have to call in our water order, which is a pain, but then when we are told we are on a two-week delivery schedule. We have to tell them that is not correct, they have to look up our file, and then they agree to deliver. Delivery day is never consistent, it changes from week to week. Driver/delivery is a 5-Star. Office staff and they way they do their business is poor.
